This policy explains what ValueFlick collects, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

• Photos, video and details of items you submit.
• Your email address and payment confirmation. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store them.
• Emails you send us.
• Basic technical data such as IP address and device type, used for security and fraud prevention.

How we use it

To authenticate and value your item, send your result, run the guarantee, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and improve our authentication models using captures with personal information removed.

Who we share it with

Service providers who help us run ValueFlick (hosting, storage, payments, email, and authentication partners who review captures), partners you ask us to connect you with, and authorities where the law requires. We don't sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

Order records and captures are kept for as long as the certificate can be verified and at least for the guarantee period, then retained without personal information.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your personal information, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing privacy@valueflick.com. Some records, such as certificates and payment records, may be kept where the law or fraud prevention requires.
