Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and ValueFlick (operated by ValueFlick LLC, Las Vegas, Nevada). By using valueflick.com or buying a service, you agree to them.

1. The service

We give an opinion on whether a branded item is authentic, an estimate of what it may sell for, and, where available, introductions to ways to sell it. You provide the photos, video and details; the quality of our opinion depends on them.

2. Your captures

You confirm the photos and video are of the item you describe, taken by you or with permission, and that you have the right to submit them. Submitting images of a different item, or altered images, is a breach of these terms and voids any guarantee.

You grant ValueFlick a perpetual, worldwide licence to store and use your captures, with personal information removed, to provide and improve our authentication models. We don't sell your captures as-is to third parties.

3. Payment and refunds

Prices are shown before you pay. You pay before analysis begins. If we can't issue a result because of a problem on our side, we refund you in full. Basic results that come back inconclusive can be upgraded to Guaranteed by paying the difference. Results that were delivered are not refundable except under the Guarantee Terms.

4. Results and estimates

Results are opinions, not statements of fact or warranties about the item. Estimates are based on recent comparable sales and are not appraisals. Offers to buy, list or consign an item are made by ValueFlick or its partners on separate terms you'll see before agreeing.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use ValueFlick to help sell items you know or suspect are counterfeit, stolen or misrepresented, to test how to make counterfeits pass inspection, or to scrape or reverse-engineer the service. We may refuse service and close accounts that do.

6. Stolen property

We may check items against stolen-property registers and may cooperate with law enforcement where the law requires it.

7. Liability

Except as set out in the Guarantee Terms, and to the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service involved. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Disputes

These terms are governed by Nevada law. Contact support@valueflick.com first; most problems are solved there.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you bought a service applies to that service.
